Our olive grove, home to over 600 olive trees lovingly planted by my late grandfather Ilio Maramai, sits 540 meters above sea level, just a short distance from the historic center of Montepulciano.

We cultivate several traditional Tuscan varieties — Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo — which together create a beautifully balanced, fruity, and delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, perfect for every type of seasoning and daily use.

In collaboration with the Buraschi Mill of Montepulciano, we’ve produced a limited quantity of certified Italian EVOO for the 2025 harvest, bottled exclusively in elegant 0.5L bottles — only 1,000 liters available.

The label artwork, inspired by the iconic singer of “Like a Virgin”, was created by Elisa Cherubini, following Francesco’s creative direction and the vibrant artistic style of the BaccoWines collection.

A special thank you goes to my late grandfather Ilio and to my incredible father Adriano — this oil is dedicated to them.
