Perillo Taurasi DOCG Riserva 2011

Taurasi is a small wine region in Campania known for producing cellar worthy wines from the Aglianico grape. Perillo is a very small producer with some of the oldest Aglianico vines in the region that produce intensely concentrated wines with great aging potential. His 2011 Taurasi is packed with sun ripened black and dark red fruits with the classic stiff tannins and hints of umami. A great wine for a full bodied wine lover.
