TASTING NOTES: red ruby colour. Fruity bouquets of wild cherries and strawberries jam, spicy hints of cardamom and pepper followed by aromatic herbs: liquorice, tobacco leaves and balsamic ending. To the taste re-emerge the floral and spicy notes. Fitted out by an enjoyable acidity with dense and silk tannins presents a mineral texture. A ripened and sweet fruity taste is balanced by a pleasant acidity, soft tannins and mineral end. Persistent and elegant.
