Salcheto Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Docg Bio 2020

In search of an important wine made from Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile able to express soft freshness, we chose the ancient “Governo Toscano”: grapes of the same crop are put aside, which will be reshuffled to the freshly racked wine once slightly wilted in late November. With a small percentage of Colorino grapes, this Riserva expresses strength and freshness with incredibly mature and smooth tannins.

Broad and rich, exhibiting plum, licorice, tobacco and salty notes, backed by a firm, vibrant structure. Harmonious and long, with a powerful finish.
