Tenute del Cerro Nobile Riserva 2007 Magnum 1,5 LT

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva of Fattoria del Cerro has an intense and concentrated ruby red colour. The ample aroma is characterized by hints of wild black cherry, violet and tones of mild spices. Its flavour is full, persistent and with a noticeable tannic component. The acidity content, that pervades its body, complements its strong overall structure of this wine. It is served in ample wine glasses, at 18°C at least. It can be served with roast red meats and aged cheese.

MATURING:

12 months in barriques, 6 months in casks; after 6 months in steel, the wine matures another 12 months in bottle
