Vinification

In steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14 °C.

Maturation and ageing

Around 6 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle.

Sensory characteristics and recommended pairings

Generous and eloquent, with intense varietal notes of citrus, passion fruit and juniper. Well structured and pleasantly acid-crisp, it goes with delicately flavoured risotto and pasta dishes, fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.

Serve at 8 – 10 °C.
