From healthy, well ripened, balanced grapes, harvested in the right moment and carefully vinified, it is only natural to get good wines with balanced structure and generous aromas. It’s the meticulous work in the vineyard which offers absolute quality. Each working phase must be technically analysed and appropriately adapted to the needs of the vines, climate and microclimate. These are the values applied to every day work in the vineyard.

Hand-picked, in boxes, last week of September to first week of October Fermentation for 6 – 7 days, maceration around 12 days. Ageing 30 months in Slavonian oak casks of 10hl, 25hl and 30hl, new, medium and old oak and then some months in the bottle. 

Deep and intense ruby colour, floral notes of heather and strawberry tree in the beginning.   Soft and spicy notes on the palate, followed by notes of dark berries. Concentrated and savoury palate, balanced, well-structured but fine-grained tannins, good fragrance and   freshness supported by important mineral notes, good final persistence.
