100% Sangiovese 

The Brunello di Montalcino Terre Nere docg represents the full expression of Sangiovese, the typical ruby red color tending to garnet reflects the tradition of this vine. Wine with good structure, elegant and fine, it has a soft and silky tannic texture. It expresses aromas of quite ripe red fruits with light menthol notes and hints of tobacco. Equipped with a good acidity that predisposes it to a long period of aging in the bottle.

Hand picked and harvested in 15 kg baskets, 20-25 day maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30 degrees. Aging: 3 years in Slovenian oak casks and final refinement for minimum 6 months in the bottle.
