Red Ruby color, the wine presents an introspective and intriguing bouquet of cherry under spirit, leather, tobacco, raw meat, black currant, cinnamon. Palate is rich, broad, groovy, with an explosion of small red fruits such as red currant, cherry under spirit, raspberry and a touch of leather, for a fulfilling taste and a firm, grippy tannin that makes it an ideal pairing with meat and Rock music. 90% Sangiovese, 5% Mammolo, 5% Canaiolo.
